The blouse was created based on the painting by M. Prymachenko “The Curly-Horned Ram Lost His Way and Ran into the Garden Where Girls Were Picking Flowers, Weaving Wreaths, Letting Them Float on the Water on Ivana Kupala Night and Discovering Their Future Grooms”, 1988. The blouse does not feature the ram — the main figure of the painting — because we intentionally wanted to move away from the stereotype that Prymachenko is only about whimsical animals. Instead, the blouse features original embroidered flowers, hooks, and petals (through the embroidery technique we also tried to convey Maria’s painterly brushstrokes), which richly cover the mentioned artwork, illustrating the blooming garden around the ram.
The blouse has a loose silhouette with side slits. The raglan sleeves are decorated with contrasting piping. The neckline at the back features a comfortable two-button closure. The blouse is decorated with paired tassels. The cuffs fasten with buttons.
Available in two colors. Please note that the belt is not included in the set.
