One of the porcelain-white tea sets produced in Budy, adorned with a delicate pattern of pink flowers framed by a neat blue border, captured and enchanted us, evoking poignant childhood memories. Back then, our grandmothers treated tea sets with special reverence, allowing the most beautiful teacup to be taken from the cabinet only for special family occasions — and never otherwise. This tableware seemed so refined and fragile, and the pastel tones of the painted flowers appeared to deliberately emphasize its delicacy, creating a feeling of the moment’s uniqueness — the moment of touching something beautiful. This very sense of fragility and uniqueness is what we tried to convey through every embroidery stitch on the “Shypshyna” dress.

The dress has a loose silhouette and comes with a narrow belt adorned with tassels on the edges. The sleeve cuffs are also narrow and fasten with a button.
